A few questions we get asked a lot pertaining to our brand and how we run it!

 

 

 

●When will (insert item) be restocking?
As we are a small brand, with limited funding we restock items based on demand/popularity. If an item did not sell well it will not be restocked. Your best bet will be to purchase during our Pre-Order window to ensure that you'll get what you want to avoid missing the item entirely!
●When will Pre-Order's Ship?
Reference our Pre-Order Timeline page for any and all questions about Pre-Orders. (There is also a Pre-Order Guide pinned on DokiDoki Threads Instagram page!)
●My item has been shipped and says delivered, but I cannot find it?
Contact the delivery agency that package has been shipped by (Usually UPS or USPS) All packages are equipped with insurance so if lost you are entitled to a reimbursement through our shipping partner.
●Do you plan on extending your sizes?
We do have hopes of expanding beyond 5X in the next year with certain items.
