A few questions we get asked a lot pertaining to our brand and how we run it!


When will (insert item) be restocking?
As a small brand,  we restock items based on demand/popularity. If an item doesn't sell well, it will not be restocked. Your best bet will be to purchase during our Pre-Order window to ensure that you'll get what you want to avoid missing the item entirely!


When will Pre-Order's Ship?

My item has been shipped and says delivered, but I cannot find it. What do I do?
Contact the delivery agency that the package has been shipped by, usually UPS or USPS. All packages are equipped with insurance, so if it's lost you are entitled to a reimbursement through our shipping partner.


Do you plan on extending your sizes?
We do have hopes of expanding beyond 5X as the business grows.
